Sending your instrument to us?
For safe shipping, please follow these guidelines:
Loosen the strings slightly before packing.
Wrap the instrument in acid-free tissue paper or a soft cloth.
Add ample padding, ensuring the instrument is immobilized within the case.
Use a hard case placed within a sturdy cardboard box.
Mark the parcel as FRAGILE.
