Product Information

Labeled: Myron Procak, Violin Maker, Fakenham Norfolk, England, Anno 1984

In superb condition is this full size handmade violin from the workshop of Myron Procak, a Czech maker that settled in Norfolk England.

Front is of fine, evenly grained spruce, the neck, ribs and one-piece back are of mesmerizingly flamed maple. The model’s design closely follows a Stradivari pattern. The varnish is of a deep sparkling red with golden yellow undertones in the ground.
(Length of Back 359mm). With the new set-up the instrument gained its full potential of a clear, yet deep and responsively balanced sound.
