It is finished in Stentor's distinctive Shellax varnish—a warm-toned, hand-applied finish developed over many years to enhance both the look and acoustic properties of the instrument. Upgrades on the Conservatoire II include a Wittner Ultra tailpiece with integral fine tuners and high-quality branded strings, improving tuning stability and responsiveness. Ebony fittings and Parisian eye pegs offer a refined touch, while the inlaid purfling ensures durability around the edges. Each outfit includes a selected brazilwood bow with an ebony frog, high quality rosin, and an upgraded deluxe oblong case with internal compartments for secure storage.

Once your cello has been set up to perfection, we offer the following delivery options:

• Free Local Collection: You are welcome to collect your instrument free of charge from our workshop near Lincoln.

• UK Delivery: We’ll dispatch your violin anywhere in the UK, with a postage charge applied at checkout.

• EU Delivery: We are happy to arrange shipping within the EU, a postage charge will be applied at the checkout.

• International Delivery: Worldwide shipping is available with some exceptions. Please get in touch for an individual quote.
